We’re taking over Kinsmen Brewing for the very first Sunday Standard Social Club ~ No. 1: Fall Edition and this is definitely not your average Sunday morning.

Hosted by Glow & Flow Pilates Studio of Southington and Hydrology Bar Medical Aesthetics + Wellness in Downtown Plantsville, The Sunday Standard is where movement, wellness, music, style, shopping and a damn good Sunday all come together.

Come for your class. Stay for the scene.

Your $45 ticket includes a 30-minute PUMP Pilates class, your first drink, and a curated vendor goodie bag packed with surprises from participating beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands.

And when we say PUMP, we mean it. This is a quick, high-energy 30 minutes designed to hit it hard, get your blood pumping, wake up your Sunday and earn the party afterward.
